Securing valuables, confidential records, medications, pets, and personal belongings
Providing working utilities when required to perform the service
Obtaining any necessary property-owner, landlord, or facility authorization
Additional charges or schedule changes may apply if the conditions at the property differ substantially from the information originally provided.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Service dates and arrival times are subject to availability and confirmation.
Cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, and late-access terms, if applicable, will be provided in the customer’s estimate, proposal, or service agreement. Owen’s Cleaning Solutions LLC may reschedule a service because of unsafe conditions, severe weather, lack of access, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Pricing and Payment
Prices displayed or discussed before evaluating a project are estimates only unless confirmed in writing.
Payment amounts, accepted payment methods, deposits, balances, and due dates will be stated in the applicable estimate, invoice, or service agreement. This website does not currently accept online payments.
Property Conditions and Concerns
Customers should notify Owen’s Cleaning Solutions LLC of any concern regarding a completed service as soon as reasonably possible so the matter can be reviewed.
